Webinar - Trustee Training: Impact Management and Digital Potential

In light of COVID-19, this year our ever-popular trustee training workshops are being held as a four-part webinar series, in order that we can still share with you the information you need to support your charity or not for profit organisation.

Across October and November, we look at impact management, the potential of digital, as well as an overview of a trustees’ responsibilities in key areas including governance and risk management.

This webinar series aims to assist and advise charity trustees or board members who are eager to make the most of their organisation’s impact. These sessions will also be useful for members of management who attend board meetings or prepare information for the board.
