Simon Goodridge

Simon is a Director of the firm and works in the Charity & Not-for-Profit team. He is a senior statutory auditor for a wide range of charity and not for profit clients. In addition to this he advises clients on technical and strategic issues. He also has experience of advising clients who are going through a period of substantial change such as rapid growth, strategic refocusing and managed reduction in scope due to a reduction in income. As a consequence he is very aware of how these issues affect charities.

In addition to his client work, Simon is a member of the firm’s technical committee, recruits all entrants to the Charity team trainee accountant programme and contributes to training within the team.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 and joined Buzzacott in 2001 in order to specialise in the charity and not for profit sector.
