Our Requirements
We are looking for graduates with inquiring minds and a sociable disposition; problem solvers with high standards, who will thrive in a meritocracy.
Specifically, we want:
- A projected or actual 2:1, or equivalent, from a reputable university.
- A minimum of five GCSEs, or equivalent, including English Language and Maths, at grades A-C.
- A minimum of 26 UCAS points under the old system, or 300 under the new system (excluding General Studies).
- Team players with strong communication skills.
- Calm under pressure
- Motivation, initiative and leadership potential.
