UK's top leadership bodies endorse Buzzacott Management Training

“An individual’s technical expertise provides no indication of their ability to manage - it is a skill that has to be learned.”
Buzzacott thoroughly appreciates the importance of effective management in achieving the strategic objectives of the clients with whom we work. Because of this, our HR Consultancy continues to provide management training programmes, a number of which are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), the UK’s largest management body.
One programme of particular interest to clients has been the ILM accredited Management Supervisory Skills programme, which consists of seven half-day modules and a work-based assessment. Being flexible, delegates can choose which modules to study, in keeping with their personal development needs.
The programme is aimed at delegates with responsibilities for staff management and covers the key aspects and skills: managing a team, motivation and delegation, effective communication, assertive behaviour and managing conflict.
In a significant endorsement of our training expertise, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) has agreed that delegates under their aegis will automatically be credited with continuing professional development (CPD) points for completing a Buzzacott course. Plans are now in place to deliver a series of CPD courses on various aspects of professional practice.
