Mark Taylor – Appointment on the HMRC Fraud Forum 26.06.18 - Mark Taylor Share this item: Twitter LinkedIn Email Buzzacott’s Head of Tax Investigations and Dispute Resolution, Mark Taylor, is a recognised expert in all contentious tax matters and serves on the Executive Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Tax Investigation Practitioners Group (TIPG). Mark has been asked to become a TIPG representative on the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Fraud Forum, which is chaired by HMRC and is a sub-group of the over-arching Compliance Reform Forum. The Forum generally meets three or four times a year to discuss civil and criminal fraud related issues. As such, Mark will be consulting and communicating directly with HMRC on its current/future enforcement and compliance work, consequently shaping HMRC’s approach to tackling tax avoidance and evasion.
