Further Education – transformational change

Apprenticeships, competition, Brexit, industrial strategy, cost pressures, mergers and reorganisations: our further education annual update is an essential event for Further Education and Sixth Form colleges.

We will be looking at how organisations are transforming themselves to gear up for the future. What are the practical steps to change an organisation and its finances? How does the Department for Education (DfE) and those financing the sector view its finances and what will their requirements be through this period of change? We will take a closer look at how leaders are making this change happen and what it all means for those controlling the finances.

Rob Sinclair - Head of Financial Frameworks at DfE
Sir Frank McLoughlin CBE - Director of Leadership at Education and Training Foundation
Eddie Playfair - Principal of Newham Sixth Form College
Paul Stephen - Group Finance Director of WKCIC Group
Rod Baker - Director of the Education Team at Barclays
Jackie Chapman - Director of Employability and Employer Engagement at College of North East London

Partners from Buzzacott's Charity and Not for Profit Team will also be present and available for discussions throughout the event.

This free session is a must attend event for governors, principals, finance directors and finance managers of Further Education and Sixth Form Colleges.
