Buzzacott's Supervisory Management Programme: Motivation and Delegation

This module is one of Buzzacott’s seven-module, ILM endorsed Supervisory Management Programme. It is designed to give experienced supervisors and those who are new to managing people the skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively lead a team. This session will focus upon:
- The critical nature of motivation
- The importance and art of delegation
- Effectively using both to improve performance
- Models and theories relating to motivation and delegation
This programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and is designed to help delegates acquire the skills they need to fulfil their roles as superviosry managers. Successful completion of the full programme and assessment will give delegates the opportunity to achieve an ILM endorsed accreditation.
