Buzzacott's Supervisory Management Programme: Managing a Team

This module is one of Buzzacott’s seven-module, ILM endorsed Supervisory Management Programme. It is designed to give experienced supervisors and those who are new to managing people the skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively lead a team. This session will focus upon:
- Developing confidence when managing a team
- The different roles team members play
- The key stages of team development
- Models and theories relating to managing a team
This programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and is designed to help delegates acquire the skills they need to fulfil their roles as superviosary managers. Successful completion of the full programme and assessment will give delegates the opportunity to achieve an ILM endorsed accreditation.
