Buzzacott's Supervisory Management Programme: Action Plan

This module is one of Buzzacott’s seven-module, ILM endorsed Supervisory Management Programme. It is designed to give experienced supervisors and those who are new to managing people the skills, knowledge and confidence to effectively lead a team. This session will focus upon:

• Reflection and review of actions arising from each module

• Preparation for implementation, barriers and how to overcome them

• Developing and completing action plan for endorsement

This programme is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and is designed to help delegates acquire the skills they need to fulfil their roles as supervisory managers. Successful completion of the full programme and assessment will give delegates the opportunity to achieve an ILM endorsed accreditation.
